Jump on a Heat Pump

2021 – Present

The District of North Vancouver is working with the other North Shore municipalities and the province’s CleanBC program to help homeowners make the switch to energy efficient, low-carbon heat pumps for home heating and cooling.  City Green is working with the North Shore municipalities to deliver local, innovative Virtual Home Energy Check-Ups to facilitate and educate heat pump installations in the region.

Response to the program has been excellent, with 100% of participants indicating they would recommend the Virtual Home Energy Check-Up to others, 100% participants felt very informed or somewhat informed to take next steps, and 54% of participants had contacted a contractor for quotes since receiving the service.
